My friend named her daughter Evelyn because most of her family lives in Mexico and could not pronounce other names her and her hubby liked. Personally I think it's a beautiful name and timeless with lots of nickname possibilities:)

I've just had baby no4 who turned out to be a boy so I didn't get to use the girls name I had picked out. If he'd been a girl he would have been called Cara.

We are having a boy (this Tim around anyway! !! ;)    ) but were going with Courtney, Melanie, or Melody if we had a girl!  :)  Joy for a middle name because I try to be a majorly optimistic person!!!!  :)  Good luck! :)
