Yes. Your baby does these teeny little "flicky" moves at 8 weeks. I don't think I've ever heard of a mom feeling it at this time, but anything's possible. I felt my babies moved before the sonographer thought it was possible, and only by testing me and moving the screen away from my vision and making me tell him when I felt movement did he believe I was actually feeling it.
