baby question

Im five weeks exactly what am i suppose to be eqting this is my first

You should already be taking pregnancy supplements with folic acid in as very important in the first trimester to avoid problems like spina bifida. Try and have a balanced diet and avoid anything unpasteurised, processed meat and fish high in Mercury.  Some debate about shell fish. I'm 6 weeks and 5 days and eating pretty much what I like! But my appetite has reduced so eating little and often. Congratulations by the way!
