Go easy of you are breastfeeding- you need to be eating and drinking enough or you supply will suffer.  Focus on healthy foods, Water and milk. Breastfeeding doesn't anyways help the weight fall off, so your progress may be slow. Once you feel well (and of the weather allows) start a walking routine- that helped me a ton!

My mom would make me oatmeal & these mexican drinks to drink to help prodcue more breastmilk & she also made me pure soups & caldos to help my body recover but also to loose weight & I been wearing a faja which is to help loose your stomach another thing is I been watching what I eat like no soda or fast foods cause we believe during these 40 days we need to watch what we eat & take care of our body so I think all that help but I still want to loose 18 more to go back to normal
