My doctor had told me sex is safe  and spotting may occur. If spotting is too heavy and having bad cramps then you should worry. Tey taking it easy when having sex.

You need to alert your doctor as soon as possible, have you had an ultrasound? Was your placenta in normal position? If you have marginal or partial placenta preveia, you should NOT have sex until it's moved away from your cervix.

I wouldn't worry too much. I had the same at 9weeks of my pregnancy. I started to freak out but my husband calmed me down and went through a list of things that I could be experiencing on that moment. But luckily we came to the conclusion that it was just light spotting and I didn't have any bad cramps afterwards. My advice to you will be just take it easy, if uncomfortable cramps starts to occur... see your doctor immediately! And congrats on your pregnancy* good luck! :)

I am 21 weeks and was bleeding the other week, and to be honest it's because it because the cervix are low and there is more blood flow around that area which may of caused bleeding. Call your Dr though sweetie just to be on the safe side x
