boyfriend has been dreaming & talking about twins
Im only 4 weeks and im already showing to the point were my belly button is sticking way out and im kinda of nervous because my boyfriend has been talking about and dreaming about twins idk what i would do with twins has anyone else had this happen
It's mostly bloating
Im only 5 wewks but my doctor says my hormone levels are measureing at 6-7 wewks and im really big already i look like im 2 or 3 months pregnnt and my boyfriend keeps telling me i shouldnt be this big already

At 4 weeks your belly button shouldn't be popping out. Maybe quadruplets?
