I gave up caffeine when I first got pregnant and it resulted in huge headaches. My midwife told me I was doing more harm then good by stopping. I had a can or two of pop or coffee through out my first pregnancy and he is a healthy three year old. I'm doing the same with this one!

i had coffee threw out my pregnancy. i did stay away till about the 12wks mark because  of the super minor link to miscarriages but after then ive had coffee everyday. and i think sometimes there are reasons for our cravings so you need to give in every oncen in a while. my mother in-law told me that denying cravings can scar the baby. lol dont know if its true but when she was pregnant  with my sister in law she had a craving for this very specific crab and nothing else would do (wasn't in season)so she went without and my sister in law is allergic  to all shell fish. probably  just coincidence but an interesting theory. enjoy a cup every once in a while i do not see the harm. also helps keeps things moving as you get further along. ive had zero issues with constipation and im almost 38wks and it helped with the killer headaches i got around 14 to 17 wks.

I have 3 cups of tea a day. Midwife said this was fine and 2 cups of coffee per day is fine too.
The only reason to avoid is because of chance of low birth weight although this has never been proven.
U can also ask for decaf in costa and other places.

You can drink caffeine drinks during pregnancy but it's better not to because it increases the chances of having a miscarriage. The recommended amount is a cup of coffee per day. Hope this helped
