It's been 6 days since Iv been able to go to the bathroom Nd I have the metamucil and it's not really helping. I'm not sure what to do cause it's becoming very painful
I had the same issue but my doc suggested me to eat weetabix and it has helped alot just take daily one bowl with warm milk soon u will be fine..

I just had the same issue and my doc had me do a fleet enema. And then begin a reg fiber intake as well as plenty of water. Feel much better.
My doctor told me to drink plenty of Apple juice, prun juice and grapes. The apple juice and grapes helped me it might help you 2
