contractions?or BH?
Hey guys I just need some opinions. But for the last two nights I've been getting cramping and tightening for about 2 to 3 hours every 10 to 15 mins. The first night was not too bad it was just slightly uncomfortable and the 2nd night (last night) they started at about 1:30 and lasted till about 4:30 and they were so painful I couldn't sleep. My sister says they're contractions, and I am going to call my OB later today in the afternoon but I was just wondering what you guys thought? I am currently 31 weeks.
Chances are that if you're 31 weeks, they're BH. I've been getting them since I was about 29 weeks. Try drinking more water or if they're sporadic, changing your position helps loads
