Having diabetes while been pregnant is it bad for the baby?

I never had diabetes till now that am pregnant am 30 weeks

Diabetes during pregnancy should be taken seriously. It can affect the developing fetus and result in birth defects or increase the rate of miscarriage. Babies can also grow too big and increase risk during labor and delivery.

Tell your doctor you have diabetes if he/she doesn't know already. They can help you manage it and keep it under control so both you and baby can stay healthy.
