dizziness

I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow. This is baby #2 for me. I don't recall ever being this dizzy. I am in bed and refuse to move bc if I do, I'll fall bc its that bad. I feel like I'm going to pass out as I type this. I've tried eating and drinking to get my blood sugar/blood pressure up but its not working...idk what I should do?

I agree, i think you need to be seen ASAP, or at least call an advice nurse and talk to them, get their opinion on this.

Sounds like vertigo.  Stay hydrated and call OB. I had it for half a day and it made me nauseous.  It was scary.  My husband had to help me walk to bathroom.  The room was spinning even while I lay still.

The same thing happens to me and even before I got pregnant. I think it has something to do with your iron getting to low.

You should definitely contact your doctor as soon as possible and have someone else drive you. That is not normal. Good luck!
