does anyone know if this is safe to use?

I did a lot of research on what skincare is safe to use during pregnancy, because what I was using prior to pregnancy was not safe. I found out vitamin c serum is safe and helps with dry skin. I purchased a small bottle at my local drugstore and called my obgyn office just to make sure it would be fine to use. But they did not give me an answer and instead told me to see a dermatologist. I don't have any insurance for this and would have to go into the city. The serum is called piping rock vitamin c serum. The ingredients are vegetable glycerin, non GMO, demineralized water, ascorbic acid, polysorbate 20. No parabens or harsh preservatives. Contains more than 12% vitamin c. Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

Hello,
If you only want your skin to be moisturized you would only need any moisturizer applied twice a day, once in the morning and before bed time. A good tip that was suggested to me by an amazing skin care company is that when you wash your face do not leave your skin wet for more than 4 seconds otherwise the heat of your body would start dries your skin up much faster.

12% of vitamin c is not bad, but it wouldn’t protect your skin from hazardous UV rays as a 20% would do. If I can suggest a very good product that is base only on natural and organic ingredients is Kleem Organics Vitamin c serum. Actually this was the company that i was talking about before and they can assist you at any time. That’s the beauty of it. You can simply find it on amazon.

I wish you all the best for your pregnancy.

I think you only really need to avoid the acid that starts with s (sacatylic or such) because its just topical aspirin and it is absorbed through the skin and can affect baby badly. Also keeping doses of any medication koe (hydrocortisone etc.) Cocoa butter really is amazing though. Been using it all over and on my face and my skin is so much less dry.

Honestly hunny just use cocoa butter. It will help your skin so much better than anything else. I love the cocoa butter and the palmers stretch mark cream. Have a safe and blessed pregnancy :)
