As a hairdresser it is 100% safe to dye your hair. They like you to wait until you're out of your first trimester but it is completely fine! Just make sure the room is well ventilated. I do my own at home in the bathroom and keep the window open. I've never had a problem. 32+4 and healthy baby!

My doctor told me it's totally safe to get your hair and nails done.

Couldn't do it. I was worried it would hurt the baby.

Most hair dyes now are changing formulas to ammonia free so its safe but I asked my doctor and she said yea that there was nothing wrong with it

I was wondering the same thinking. Though I'm not as far along as you though, I'm only 23 weeks. I'm thinking of asking my Dr about it before I really consider if I should or not.
