I'm 5 months pregnant and I've notice that every time I sneeze I pee a little Is that normal that happened to me but I was further more my pregnancy

Oh the Joys of pregnancy lol..it happens to me when I cough, sneeze, or laugh hard. Soo annoying. Kegals haven't helped me so far but I keep doing them anyway in hopes that it might.

Seriously has happened to me my WHOLE pregnancy!! This to me us the worst part about being pregnant. And it just gets worse as your baby will get bigger..:\ I just had to go get pads and use those BC its very annoying having to change underwear and short 5 times a day lol good luck mama!

It happens there really isn't anything that helps. I do kegals all the time even when I'm not pregnant and I still have that problem. Sneezing, coughing it's annoying. This is my third pregnancy and sometimes it happens when I'm not pregnant :/ the "best" of pregnancy lol
