Yeah I love walking. I walk 2-3 miles, about the same as the PP, 4-5 days a week. I need to do some strength excersises but I cant imagine doing some things because I am so uncomfortable already. Squats hurt my vag honestly, i feel like i am gunna push the baby out if i do them lol.
I walk 2-3 miles on an average of 4-5 days a week :) I love the walking! it makes me feel so good :) It also helps keep the weight in check!
I walk. I also do some work with kettle bells and squats.
