Do not be concerned about this. I am a Muslim, our proper prayer requires us to stand in one spot for a few minutes up to a few hours depending upon how long you want the prayer to be. This is five times a day. Your exact symptoms I have experienced. They are precisely as you say and you do defi itely feel you will pass out. I cannot stand without leaning on something or without moving for extended amounts of time or I will become faint likeand dizzy. My doctor says it is completely normal and iI now pray while sitting down. Don't be concerned.
