feeling heated!! need some Ideas!!
So lately ive been getting hot really really fast even if im doing absolutely NOTHING I STILL sweat it is the most disgusting and frustrating thing ever.... I get hot to damn much and I cant stop it.. all this weekend I was in a shirt and underwear at home burning hot!! With an air conditioner and 2 fans and still feel like im dying .... anyone else going threw this??? How are you dealing with it??
Menopause. If u are in ur late 30s, tho it is very young, u could be starting with perimenopause. Google it. Women only.
Same here. I never thought it was going to happen to me because I like it hot but I can't stand it. It's a horrible feeling ! I keep my ac on and sleep under a fan with no blanket and even then sometimes still hot ! Idk what it is ;/
