hi Katie. I have the same thing. except no diarrhea. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. And tommorow I go for a blood test. they think I have more white blood cells than red. which means high temp too. ask your doctor

I remember back in my first trimester when I was about 8 weeks, the same happened to me.
I was pooping and then when I was done I got up and I just felt so hot and shaky,  I was sweating so I just laid on my side on the floor for a while.
I felt sick the test of the day and LITERALLY just nibbled on crackers and jello. A glass of coke helped me too, and water water water.
Take it easy if you feel like that though, take a couple minutes to rest so you don't hurt yourself while standing up!

I know with my first pregnancy I had a hard time going with this one I have no problem so I think it just depends on your body and the shaky part could be because you need more fluid.

I know the feeling. Its like I can't get comfortable. Everything hurts me or makes me not feel at ease. I'm mistake to say the least.

Make sure you keep drinking water. The shakiness maybe slight dehydration. I hope you feel better soon. Neither is a nice experience!!!

Feel lucky! Most women are the complete opposite and don't have a movement for a week... I wish I had your problem ;)
