food intervention

I'm diabetic and so hungry all the time.36 weeks.please any advice or ideas to stay full feeling on healthy choices...

For me nuts is the trick and 3 meals + 3 snacks a day. If I it eat a fruit, I also eat a little bit of nuts, low fat cheese, 2% yogourt or even a piece of chicken or fish. You shouldn't avoid carb but choose well. Complexe carb and high in fiber help delay hunger and feel full. Whole cereals products went choosing bread and pasta go a long way. Also take you time to eat and drink lot of water.
