freaking out a little!

So I have heard about the Zofran issue and I have talked to my doctor and he talked to his consultant, I have talked to another doctor and a nurse and also researched on my own but I just read these comments on a fb post of all these women taking zofran and there babies had effects from it and I only have taken it if I felt I needed it once I got out of the hospital but now im freaking out reading all that! I know every pregnancy has a risk of birth defects just because some times things out of our control happen, but I hate that no one ever mentions anything else they might have done during pregnancy..its terrifying thinking doctors cld give this out if it rly has been that much of a problem! I dont wanna take it anymore just because the unknown is scary!

I took zofran this pregnancy and my baby boy is completely healthy.  No defects founds. Every nedicine has risks while pregnant.  Honestly,  you shouldn't believe everything you see on tv or on social media

Same here! I rly only take it if I know that I wont eat or drink due to throwing up. I have a crazy ridiculous anxiety of throwing up and I barley stay hydrated as it is and so im sure every now and then can't be bad..But thank u all for the advice! Sorry for the late response!

Diclegis didn't work for me. I had to take Zofran. I'm scared to take it too but that's the only thing that was working for me. I only take it if I absolutely need it. I've had complications staying hydrated and eating anything so I'm hoping it gets better.

Diclegis is amazing and completely natural. It's totally safe and it works.
As far as Zofran, I made the same mistake late in my first trimester. When I told my doctor, she told me not to worry. I think it's more concerning in women who used it more then a few times.

I take diclegis whenever I get nauseous and that helps a lot. My OB have me some samples of it. Maybe see if you could get some samples from your Dr if They have it.

Don't take it! There is a new drug for nausea that starts with a D and has a silhouette of a pregnant lady on it
