freaking out

I just read another list of what 10 foods to avoid during pregnancy ....omg,  I had like 6 of them.  ,Caesar dressing, Ice cream because it contains raw eggs, feta cheese, bluefish, sprouts on my phô, and delimeat. I don't even eat meat but had a craving. Im freaking out. It spoke of brain defects,  infections, and so many problems. Ughhhhh

Strange question, but I really get involved and I try to avoid them for the safety of myself and child.  I read that the 1st trimester is the most critical so  I don't want to stress the baby unnecessarily

If the Caesar dressing came from a bottle it should be fine. Read the label on your ice cream to make sure it was pasteurized. As far as lunch meat, my doctor told me to heat it til steaming, if I was going to eat it. I don't think small amounts of the things you listed will have any major effects. You need to limit mercury, which is why some fish are on the do not eat list. Try not to stress too much. I think the stress will have a bigger effect on the baby.
