gas relief???
Does anyone know of things to help with gas?? It is so painful and wont come out:( I have found basically sitting doggy style helps lol but its not helping enough. this is terrible!
I know it might sound harmful to baby but trust I've done it plenty with both my babies, try laying on your belly for a while oh and eat plenty of fruits. Worked for me
It could be from some acid reflux, you can talk to your dr about giving you a prescription for something thats safe during pregnancy. Or you can try an over the counter gas x.
Im sorry if its tmi but I cant stand this feeling! Sometimes I cant even eat because of it:/
