i talked to my mideife n she reffered me to ob. the hard tummy are contractions.but my resting heart beat was 137. so she sent me to the cardiologist who performed ecg sonography. my heart is working gud a little big in size. but he said its completely normal in some preg. then ob sent me for chest mri. to see lungs(i develop breathlessness while redting) n it came out normal too. it wss very tiing day for me. all things normal. but no answer found for breathing difficulty.

T3ll your midwife but I had the same issue with my 1st. She would always press and lay high when I laid down. I felt like all my insides were forced into my chest and it was hard to breath. I just had to start sleeping elevated slightly and on my side.
