Make a roux sauce (butter, flour and milk) and add shredded cheddar. Use this sauce on broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, or similar veggies. I can't get enough of veggies like this. Try out packaged salads from your local supermarket. Dole makes a great bbq ranch salad I'm in love with. Have fresh cut veggies in your fridge so that they're easily accessible during the Times when you can stomach the thought of eating them. Hope this helps.

I'm also struggling with this! I love fruits but 9 times out of 10 they result in me throwing up. I'm also lactose intolerant and yogurt isn't worth the stomach ache!
We are on the same boat. I also don't want veggies right now. It makes my stomach upset. Just try to eat fruits and don't skip your vitamins. You can also try fruit shake/ smoothie.
There are so many other options that can help assist you in getting the vital vitamins that your body needs like yogurt, milk, fruit, juice, and v8 drinks just to name a few but I'd also try to get over that dislike for vegetables and try to eat them a little sometimes too.
