Pay attention to when you feel it and you heartbeat.  They are probably the same and your just feeling your own heart.  I could actually see my heart beat on my belly during early pregnancy.

Iv been feeling twitching sort of feelings in my belly too since about 4-7 weeks but its not the baby. I'm not sure what exactly it is but it fades off.

Your body is going through lots of changes at the moment. All your insides start to adjust and things. Yes you probably are feeling different feelings to normal that is normal unfortunately you probably won't feel baby move until about 20ish weeks with a first baby.
All the best for you and your pregnancy.  :-)

It could be your own pulse since it's too soon to feel the baby at all
