I cannot understand why I'm starving ALL the time.like if I'm not eating I get so hungry I feel like I'm going to pass out.It seems really intense and not something I ever felt with my 7 year old or 18 month old.I'm just a couple days shy of 12 weeks and have had such an intense hunger since before I even took a test.It is so unusual for me that it is the reason I tested.I have my first doctors appointment at exactly 12 weeks so I havnt asked her yet what can help with trying to keep the hunger Pains down.Someone mentioned to me that it can be a sign of twins, but I'm just wondering if there is any advice about this.I literally constantly have to be stuffing my face to kill the hunger,so any help would definitely be appreciated :) TIA

Try not eating a few hours before lying down or going sleeping. If it still doesn't help try Zantac 150. It's totally safe during pregnancy. My dr recommended it to me after tums was no help. It does wonders...hope u feel better and have more comfort.
