i have alot of pain in my vagina , it hurts so much. like it feels like i have to pee really bad. but nothing comes out. and i wipe really good. and use water. but it just hurts.

If That Dont Work . Buy Some Cranberry Juice . Its A Little Bit Bitter But If You dont Want to The Doctor Can Give You Antibiotics to Ge Rid of It

Sounds like a urinary tract infection to me. Go to the doctor.

I had that same pain. It could mean that you're dehydrated and don't have enough fluid in your system. Can mess with your kidneys. I went into the hospital for the same pain they kept me in for a couple days and put me on a iv to put more fluid in my body. Go in it can cause pre term labor. Goodluck
