Om still up and its 4:13am where I live im having twins so yu would think I would be tired
Im all ways mad cant sleep cant eat a lot dnt knw wat to do wen im by myself im just lost it forreal
I'm having the same problem...I sleep at 3:30 am or 4 then have to wake up at 7 am and take my kids to school..then at that time I get so sleepy:(
If you sleep a lot during the day it could make it hard to sleep at night. Try to get in a good sleeping pattern.
