is this ok at 23 weeks pregnant

I am 23 weeks and 4 days and we weny to the doctor today and the baby weights 1pound 4oz does this mean she will be a big baby this is my first pregnancy and the doctor he didn't have anything bad to say everything was normal and that the baby is healthy just wondering

My chart says average weight for 23 weeks is around 1 pound 10 oz so sounds like baby it's right on track

Im 20 weeks and my son is 14oz so almost a pound. I do not think you need to worry babys growth rate speeds up and slows down all the time. Growthspirts are normal inside and outside the womb. And remember the ultrasound can always be of by a pound or two. My friends son was measuring 9 Lbs and he was born only 7lbs so dont stress im sure she will be a normal size baby
