just one?

So I am having the day from hell. So emotional over work and contemplating leaving my boyfriend because I don't think he will ever grow up. So much stress!!! Is it okay to have one beer? I know they say a glass of wine won't hurt you but I have no wine and there is one can of beer in the fridge. I'm 12 weeks. Do you think it would hurt? I haven't had a sip of alcohol since the day I found out I was pregnant. Just thought it might calm me down

Studies show it takes just one drink of alcohol for a baby to be born with fetal alcohol syndrome! I would not even risk half a sip.

Thanks. Yeah I'm not gonna touch it. Not worth it. Your right. Bath actually sounds really nice. Thank you :)

Or if it is good weather, try going for a nice walk or hike and just enjoy the scenery.

Rather than alcohol, I would try taking a warm lavender (or epsom salt) bath and watching a funny movie. It sounds like you need it. If it were me, honestly, I'd dump the beer. I wouldn't ever risk it or suggest risking it. They say that an unborn baby can't handle the alcohol any better than a new born.
