late birth story + my experience with tubal.

Okay ladies so I know I said I would do this, unfortunately life happened Lol..

So we gave birth 11/16/16 at 4:07 pm.
Went in to be induced at 5 am on the 16th, by noon, we were 10 cm. but.. unfortunately baby couldn't get past my pubic bone. So from noon to 4 I was pushing.  Horrible!!  Turns out she was sunny side up, basically born face up instead of face down.  Her face still has a littlebrusing but she's fine: -).

Post birth, the following day, it was time to get my tubal.  No make up, no food after midnight,  no nail Polish no Bobby pins or hair ties.
I still had my epidural In my back so instead of getting put to sleep, meds were given by that .
Surgery was only 5 minutes.  Wham bam thank you mame (in my case sr) Lol. Now one week post,  Friday I had to go in for a D&C due to remaining tissue being left behind,  cause oits of pain & clots.  So I did get put to sleep for that. Still in some pain for that.

So there's my story. Ohhh and for the ladies sending messages wanting to see baby + my husband and our other two children that I speak so mush about. I went ahead and posted pictures in my profile: -)

Feel free to ask questions: -)

I finally got to see this!! My internet was acting up yesterday and I wasn't able to. So why no nail polish for the surgery? I get the everything else but that why!? Also omg you had it rough!! Wow! Congrats though! I hope I get the tubal done the same day so I won't have to have the needle in me till the next day since I'm getting an epidural also.

They just leave the cath in your back, so you don't feel anything,  didn't cause any pain just felt a little weird cause if all the tape.

And no nail Polish because if something is "going wrong" they need to see the color under your nails.  To see if they are changing colors which could mean loss of blood,  blood pressure etc. And no foundation cause they need too see your skin tone which can mean issues as well.
Ohhh okay I see. I thought they left the whole thing in. And thank you so much! That's good to know. I have acrylic nails so this means I'll be taking them off soon. The doctor hasn't even gave me any info on anything. Omg thank you so much!
For some reason fake nails are fine??? Not sure the difference.
No way! I really need to ask then so I don't have to break these off for no reason Lol. Thanks!!
My Dr didn't give any information as well.. they didn't tell me anything until the morning of.. they just came in like! Okay, remove make up & nail Polish,  and take down your hair.. I was like okay... oh... and they shave your belly if you have hair.. I had some small light stretch marks,  which caused the razor to cut them. Uhmmm pain? Lol.
