I had a missed miscariage at 7 weeks with twins. They gave me misoprostol to induce labor so I could pass them naturally had a lot of bleeding but never had pain when I went back for my ultrasound they still had not passed so they gave me another round of the misoprostol and then the contractions started. It lasted 72 hours and my contractions were a min and a half long and 45 seconds apart we timed them the whole entire time and they were like that th whole 72 hours I also chose to go without pain meds. I couldn't do anything and I had clots come out the size of gold balls it was scary. What scared me more is I was concerned and called my ob about the clots and they said as long as they are smaller than the size od a lemon it was fine! Anyways I finally passed my babies after almost 2 months of them not finding a heartbeat. And I bled the whole 2 months. My advice would be tho when the contractions start you might want someone there or to let someone take care of your kids because it's just like real labor and you can't do anything during.

About 4 days after the ultrasound I had a natural miscarriage at home. Everything passed out on its own. It was painful but I had pain meds and there was lots of blood. I bleed for 9 days then after that I was fine

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how you feel as the same thing happened to me last year. Babies heart stop beating  at 9 weeks as well. I had a natural miscarriage as well. I had severe cramping, bled for 5 weeks, and it took my body 3 weeks for hormones to come down. During my miscarriage, I did continue working but I made sure to have a lot of pads on hand. It was like a heavy period. Per my doctor, she had told me to wait 3 normal period cycles before I start trying again to make sure nothing stayed in the uterus for future pregnancy. She also said to continue taking prenatal pills to get my body ready for the next try. Lastly she said if I did have sex then to use protection for the time being. Just be strong momma. I know that's easier said than done. Again, I'm so sorry but stay strong.

Sorry for your loss. I miscarried last July at 8 weeks. I was in really bad pain for about a day and had a lot of bleeding. I don't want to scare you but my baby came out whole. After that I had clots for about a day and bleeding and cramping for about 2 weeks. My doctor prescribed me vicodin because the pain was too much for me to deal with. I'm so sorry you're going through this but it'll get better with time.

The experience is different for everyone, I cried every time I sat on the toilet and had to see blood, it was just a sad reminder for me, and it went on for 3 weeks. It drove me crazy I didn't think I would be ok, I actually sought counselling from mental health because it got to the point I couldn't eat or do anything but cry and cry, it was the worst emotional pain I ever experienced. Counselling helped but unfortunately the only other thing that helped me was the passing of time. I'm so sorry you are having to go through this. I hope you start feeling better soon. Oh also something that helped me get closure, I went online and got a certificate of life to acknowledge my baby because the hospital doesn't offer anything like that. I also got a bereavement package sent to me from the Church of the Holy Innocents, they have a shrine in their church just for angel babies, If that is your thing, I understand if not but thought I'd mention it. Hope this helps, again sorry for your loss.

I lost i love you last baby at 11 weeks. It was a bit painful with very heavy cramping and huge blood clots. It only lasted a day or so. I'm sorry for your loss and I wish you the best.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope your miscarriage is easy. I was fortunate enough to micarry without any pain whatsoever. I bled for a few days, like a period. No cramping. . . Then it was over.

Sorry to hear that! I had one last year at 9 weeks too. I had horrible severe cramping way worse than menstral cramps. It lasted for about 5 hours then I had to push it out hard. Get lots of rest after and make sure you have maxi pads.

Yes I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks back in December, just stay in bed because the more you are up and around the more you will bleed.
