nipple stimulation at this position can help you start to dilate. most natural forms of induction only  really prepare the body they wont put you  into labour unless your about to go into labour anyway. ive been doing squats daily, stimulating nipples, drinking raspberry tea, taking evening primrose oil, bouncing on a birthing ball and acupuncture.  ive made progress in a week went from just being 60% effaced to 80% plus one cm dilated and -2 station in a week. but not in labour yet!

I have heard it can work yeah but your baby isnt ready to come out yet. Dont rush just be patient cus thats whats best for baby.  Im on my third and I know how horrible it gets towards the end. I wud tryit at 39 weeks at the warliest althiugh babies are meant to be carried for 40 weeks.
