no pregnancy symptoms
Hai ladies.. I am 7 weeks pregnant.. I have cramping without bleeding and low back pain. And also past 2 days am not having any pregnancy symptoms like nausea, vomiting either fatigue.. Is it normal or does it mean that I had missed miscariage.. Or about to have.. Am worried since its my pregnancy
I had tons of cramping and back pain early on. I am 18.5 wks now and still get cramps. I also never had vomiting. I wouldn't stress about it :) If you are still worried tomorrow you could always call your ob and see if they can check babys heartbeat for you! I know that hearing that always makes me feel relieved. Congrats to you!
