Can i take aleve while pregnant

I was told No ibuprofen because it's harmful to the baby's organs

I was told by my doctor that ibuprofen is not safe at any stage of pregnancy,  that was the number one  over the counter meds she told me to stay away from....

My safe medication list given to me by my OB says ibuprofen is safe up until 28 weeks.

No! U can't take any kind of medicine that contains aspirin. Doctors recommend Tylenol for pain relief, also sometimes if u have a headache, drink water as u may be dehydrated
