How many of you ladies are on the same boat? I pee every time i laugh sneeze or cough!!! I get soooooo MAD at myself. I've tried everything kegels, panty liners everything.-. Well maybe not everything but it seems like it! Its gotten to where i have to cross my legs for everything. Im 22 weeks ): lol
I know your Feels have to wear panty liners .... its gotten so bad my bf purposely tickles me until I pee myself jerk lol
I cuss at myself unwillingly lol im like f-ing serious, seriously!!! Lol i change pants on a regular basis and i know everyone knows i think! And ugh discharge is my other pet peeve!
Lol every time I laugh it happens I be like "really this is driving me crazy" I just go with it. I keep extra pants and panties and pantie liners
Thank you! And it makes me laugh not because its funny but because it happens to the best of us lol we can't control it which is frustrating and funny until it happens again lol
I've done same today reading your text...it's normal keep legs cross ....lots of exercise after baby ...still can do pelvic floor exercises......May help
^^ omg my husband says the same! Haha he finds it funny! And im there like arghhh gotta change pants for the 3rd time!!! Lol I had the worst cough virus just a while back and omdays I had to change every hour it was unbelievably irritating to the point I wanted to cry when it happened lol. At the time I didnt think of panty liners bt believe u me I got them stacked now! :P
Well at least we arent alone!! not that it makes it any better lol do u guys ever get frustrated like "seriously u cant hold in pee" typa stuff? Every time i sneeze my hubby says did u pee baby -.- he thinks its cute it's not!!!

Yup if I vomit I pee at the same times .. Laugh too much cough sneeze .. Skipping running .. It's a joke this is my second baby .. Had it since had my first baby

Yup.... can't wait until I start getting kicked in the bladder on top of it. Haha xD
