pre-natal

So I found myself not wanting to take my pre natal vitamin because it felt like it would get stuck in my throat and it felt like that for the next 24 hours and it was very agitating so I went to buy gummies pre natals but I could not find them and I shop at costco but I ended up buying the women's multi vitamin. Is that okay or do I need to find an actual pre natal?

I take NW prenatals, and the pills arent that huge. I also take extra magnesium and iron supplement since there is no magnesium in these prenatals and im really anemic so i need more iron. My doctor said magnesium is good for muscles and it helps with ligament pain and any cramps.

I take the gummy prenatal vitamins and iron pills separate. My doctor told me that was just fine. You can find them at Walgreens or walmart.

Thanks ladies! My cousin suggested Flintstones too. Maybe I'll try that. Anything is better than the huge horse pills lmao.

You need to find a prenatal vitamin. And the gummies don't have iron in them. And you need the iron. I was taking regular prenatal vitamins and i didn't like them, i switched to gummies for a few months. The dr just called to ask me if I'm taking prenatals, i said yes, she then asked if they were the gummies, i replied with yes. And she told me i need to go back to the regular ones because they have iron and gummies dont. And she told me my labs say I'm anemic.  I never been anemic before.  So i switched back to the regular ones. She also said I could keep taking the gummies instead but i would need to get iron vitamines.
