pregnancy related? Any skin advice?

Two weeks ago I got a bad spot on my forehead, I popped it (stupid I know)but now it's left a small bump. I don't know if it's a keloid or not because I have never had one before. I'm really paranoid about it because I usually have very good skin and my forehead has no fat and so it's more noticeable than it would be on my chin or cheek which is deeper tissue. I know that skin can really act up in pregnancy due to hormones so I don't really know what to do. I am exfoliating it every few days, using lemon juice twice a day and keeping it clean. My husband thanks it's going very slowly but I don't think it's changed at all except for the initial swelling going down.

I've never had a keloid before and apparently I shouldn't be prone to them as I am incredibly pale with drier skin. So the pregnancy is the only thing I can think of.

Anyone have any experience of this in pregnancy or keloids in general? I know I should go to a dermatologist but I'm in N.I. and the initial appt is very expensive. Plus they won't do anything while I'm pregnant.

You have acne. My face is awful right now. Sometimes larger zits/cystic acne takes a long time to heal.
