reactions to your pregnancy test!!!❤❤

Just curious to all you other mommies reactions when you found out you were pregnant!

It was 1 week before my 21st birthday. I had been mean. Not Ill, not moody, but pure t mean to anyone and everyone. I attributed my mean spirit to pms, as I've always had pms pretty bad. The thought of being pregnant may have crossed my mind once or twice, but honestly I thought I was unable to get pregnant. I had unprotected sex ALOT with my fiance for 3+ years and never had so much as a scare. The day I was supposed to start came and went. By the 3rd day I was getting more and more mean and hormonal, of course my fiance was getting and hearing the most of it. He suggested we get a pregnancy test when I texted him my dinner request for that night, pizza and fried pickles. He said that's when he knew. So the next day we got 2 tests, I peed on the first stick and walked out of the room. Mind you this whole time I honestly did not think I was going to be pregnant. Some women say they "just knew" or they "could just feel it" I had none of those instincts at all. I go back into the bathroom, fiance trailing behind me, I took one look at the test and saw two of the pinkest lines you've ever seen. I turned around with my hands on my mouth and was literally speechless. My fiance said, are you?! Are you?! And all I could do was shake my head yes. He grabbed me and hugged me and was so excited, I busted into tears. There is no way to describe the over flow of emotions I was having at that moment. Literally every emotion rolled into one. Happy, scared, excited, shocked, nervous, everything. But it was and will be one of the best moment's of my life. I can't wait for my baby girl to be here, my sweet Angel. There truly is nothing in this world as special as being a mommy.

The day before I took my test I had put in a few tampons. I spotted and of course thought yesss it's my period. I was so happy because I had been walking around screaming and scolding everything in my past so I was happy to get an answer for my recent mood change (pms). Each time I removed the tampon it was super faint spotting basically white. That's when I kind of knew. We decided to get some tests and I lied to my boyfriend, aunt, and mom and told them I just didn't have to pee yet so that I could be alone. Once I got to school by myself I took the test. Just to have one last moment that was my own. I wasn't even done zipping and boom two bright pink lines. First I stopped breathing, then I called my boyfriend. Then I snapped a picture of the test and sent it to a few of my girlfriends, mom, and aunt. Three of them thought it was another person's test ha! So here I am, one month in.

I'm 21 now, I got pregnant the first time at 19. I wanted nothing more then to be a mommy, me and my boyfriend decided to try to get pregnant. Well, I thought I couldn't get pregnant because there were plenty of times I didn't use protection when I was a teenager. we tried a few times, and honestly it happened within a month or two. I kind of knew I was, because I had a period tracker app on my phone and my periods were never late. But we spent at least 100 bucks on pregnancy tests before we actually got a positive. I was so excited, and so was he. I honestly don't remember our exact reactions, wish I did. But it was definitely excitement. I think I just went around saying it's a positiveee all day. sadly, we lost our son at 27 weeks. It was such a rough pregnancy but I never expected I'd lose him. Even though my mom and grandmother both lost babies too. I never thought that. but, now I'm pregnant again, due March 1st. A daughter this time. With her, same thing. Took forever to actually get a positive, I'm considered high risk so I was supposed to go in at 6 weeks. Didn't get a positive until 12 weeks. But with her, I took it honestly just because I was bored, 5 minutes before boyfriend was supposed to be home. I was just gonna toss it and not speak of it. Nope, of course it's positive so I couldn't even wait. Called him, he was parking. I'm freaking out on the phone like just get upstairs run hurry. excitement all over again. I had esp with both babies, knew what I was having from the very beginning and I was right both times. 37 days to go and I just can't take it any more!

My husband and I went to Alaska with my family the day we got back was the last day of my birth control, June 21 and express scripts never sent my next pack. We wanted to start trying anyway so took it as a sign. 2 weeks later we moved into my grandma's house who had passed away. 3 months after that a friend told me I was glowing and I didn't even miss my period yet but I had a feeling after that and took a test and it was very faint but positive. I showed my husband he said he wasn't sure to get more. I went and took 2 more tests both positve. We were sooo excited! Then our first appointment we found out we're due June 21.. which is my grandma's birthday also. I couldn't help but cry she was my favorite person in the world. Now im almost 19 weeks with our baby boy!

I hurt my knee and went to the dr. My periods have already been irregular and I hadn't had mine since September. They asked if I thought I might.  We had been trying for a year and almost gave up trying so I said no but they made me take one anyway.  Sure enough, I was.  I Got in my car and all the way to the store to buy another pregnancy test cause I didn't believe the dr, I was saying omg no way! I took another test at home and sure enough,  I was! I showed it to my husband when he got home and he said he already knew cause I was feeling nauseous all week.  I was kinda disappointed cause I wanted him to be surprised.  But now we are both excited.

My husband and I were trying for a year and a half. Both times we had tried before I had gotten pregnant within the first week so I had just started to assume I couldn't anymore. I had gained 60 pounds since my last baby was born and thought maybe I just weighed too much to get pregnant again. I took a test the day my period was due and there was a big fat negative. I was feeling fine and just assumed it would come eventually.  A week later I lit a cigarette and instantly started throwing up. I ran to the store and bought a test. When I took it the plus sign showed up in less than 10 seconds. I was stunned. Went into our room and woke my husband up. I started crying and he went back to bed because he works overnights. Turns out after my daughter was born my cycle changed completely and I was ovulating a week later than what we thought and that was why it took us a year and half to concieve! So happy and due with our first little man in May.

My husband and I have been trying for years to cuz i found out like 2 or 3 years ago that i had PCOS and they said it was hard 2 get pregnant with PCOS, but not impossible. So i was told to lose weight and i los almost 30 lbs. and my OB/GYN put me on pre-plus Multi-vitamins and it took me to go to the emergency room to find out i was pregnant, but i only puked like 3-4 times, but i had nausea all the time and i was moody. We did not think it was pregnancy, but when the Dr said my pee test was positive i was like positive for what? My husbands face lit up with happiness and i was happy to of course cuz thats what we have always wanted was a baby, but i told my husband to wait until the blood test comes back and blood test confirmed i was pregnant and the Dr ordered a vaginil ultrasound and i was 2 months and 4 days. My husband decided not to go with me to the ultrasound cuz he thought i was only a couple of weeks, but it turned out i was 2 months and 4 days i heard her heartbeat that night and i was almost in tears of happiness and joy and so was my husband when i told him. I am now almost 6 months along and we are having a baby girl who is truly a blessing to us from God. I thank God everyday for her and we both are so very excited about meeting her and we couldnt be any happier and we are so excited about our lil ángel. I do believe in miracles cuz God gave us ours and we both are very thankful to God for blessing us with our baby girl :) :). Good Luck to you all :) :).

My husband and I have been trying for 3+ years, with all kind of treatments. We were getting ready to try the IVF but decided to take some months break from all the meds I was on for fertility because they were making me really sick. After 3 months of taking nothing but vitamins, during our spring vacation I started acting weird (would sleep all night and all day, my husband could hardly get me out of the room to do something). My period was late, but I always had it irregular. Then my husband said: you must be pregnant, you look different, like you would glow and 10 years younger. He suggested to take a test but I refused. I also felt different but was scared not to see another negative test. I kept postponing the test for another week. Then I said: ok, let's do it. My husband was standing in front of the bathroom door and asking every second: so, what does it say? It said: 2 pink lines. We started screaming and crying of joy! It was the best day of our lives so far. Now I am week 39 so looking forward to greeting our baby boy and having another best day of our lives :)

I took the test the day before my wedding.  I called my husband to be who was in his hotel room since you can't see the bride the night before. I told him that I'd forgotten to give him his wedding present. He came back home and said I feel bad I didn't get you anything...i said you kind of did. He pulled the paper out of the gift bag and saw the stick with a bright blue plus sign on it! Over the moon happy! But the very first thing I did was look at the positive result and show my cousin who was with me and walk around my house saying holy sh*t I'm pregnant! Over and over again. What a great day!

I had just gotten a tattoo on my stomach going all the way down my hip to my knee and i thought my blood pressure dropped which is normal after you get a tattoo so I went to the er bc it's never happened with all 7 other tattoos. They did urine came back in and he said to me exact words "do you think you could be pregnant" and i said absolutely not and laughed. His exact words "I beg to differ. You're pregnant" and i started balling. I don't know if it was all excitement or being so scared bc I had just gotten this giant tattoo that took 6 hours. My husband sat in the chair smiled and didn't say one word. I was also getting steroid shots due to a damaged nerve so I was scared those two things would effect my baby. But he is super healthy. Really small though but my husband and i were very tiny baby's and I'm a very tiny adult. So not shocking. :)

I was at home sitting on the couch talking to my husband after he got home from work. All of a sudden I started getting cramps in my left side and it started moving up my whole left side into my arm and my fingers were going numb. I was in tears within seconds from the pain, he thought I was have a heart attack, so we called 911 and I was rushed to the hosp. The Dr there asked me any chance of pregnancy cause they were gonna give me meds, and figure out what was happening. I said no chance at all, we had tried for over a yr and my Dr came to the conclusion that I don't ovulate due to irregular periods and I was supposed to start a med to help me just a cpl days later. So they did a urine sample to rule out any kidney infection or uti. Well the dr at the er came back a cpl mins later and said, so Congrats, you're pregnant. I looked at her and said I'm sry I'm not saying you don't know how to due your job but it's impossible. They did blood work to confirm and I was almost 5wks! The pain I was having was gas lol

I took mine not even thinking I was pregnant. All I knew was that something wasn't right. I was extremely tired and my breasts hurt really bad. So I got up and told my SO that I was going shower. I remembered I had a test under the bathroom sink from a previous scare we had. So I figured I'd take it to easy my mind. Did not think I could actually be pregnant at all!! So, I peed then started to brush my hair to get ready to shower. Turned on the shower then remembered I peed on the stick. I turned around and saw the word "pregnant". I rubbed my eyes and looked again. I hurried and put my clothes back on and walked into the hall and called for my SO to come into the bedroom. His response was "what gosh im watching the football game" and trudged down the hall. When he got to the bedroom I just handed him the test and sat on my bed and cried. I couldn't believe it. We decided not to freak out too much until we got it blood confirmed. So the next day I went to a local lab and paid to have the blood test done. When the results came in a day later and confirmed my heart dropped. This was the last thing I expected. Our relationship had been going downhill and he had just lost his job two days before. However after a couple weeks I began to get excited. Sure we ended up breaking up, but I still couldn't be more excited and ready for my little man to be here at the beginning of May!!! :)
