Probably just discharge because you produce So Much more when your pregnant. Unless it's discolored or has strange odor it shouldn't be a concern.
Its not him.its you I'm the same way but it only happens when your pregnant I guess it just creamy discharge the vaginal get really wet when pregnant weird things happen lol but nothing to worry about
