Im 16 weeks pregnant and I fell like crap I have a bad sore throat and it hurts to swallow plus im having really bad heartburn so it Just *****. Does anyone know what I could take for the sore throat?
U can get a cough medicine from boots of your in the UK that's safe to take in pregnancy but what helped me was making my own lemon and honey drinks x
Try hot tea with lemon and honey mixed together.
Try honey ginger tea or lemon honey tea or vicks candies
