smoking cigs while breastfeeding

I haven't had my baby yet, but I know for a fact that I'm going to want ONE cig after he's born. Just want one. I waited nine months to smoke, I can wait another nine. But I just wanted one in between. Will that one cig hurt my baby too much if I breastfeed?

I think the only right answer will come from your doctor or midwife, when you breastfeed you still can't drink alcohol and what not so i would assume the same would go for smoking but best to ask a professional on that one.

I wouldn't recommend it but honestly I would do some research to see if those chemicals go to your breast milk.

Smoke it, throw your clothes in the wash, and shower. Then feed your baby.
