speeding up labor

I'm 39 weeks and 5 days. Been waiting patiently for something to happen. Ive been walking lot, squats, spicy food and intercourse. My water doesn't seem to break. I get some pelvic pains which is contractions right? But goes away lot. I just want my baby out asap. My due date is on the 29th of May. So two days away. What should i go to speed this up? Any advice?

Ask your Dr to do a sweep, it hurts but let's you go into labor on your own.

Yes you can take Tylenol. Thats not concidered a painkiller. You have to take about 2000 mg everday for a long period of time for it to be harmfull.

Nipple stimulation. You have to do it a long time tho you can use your breast pump. Like they said though it won't work unless your body is ready

My doctor advised me that it's not safe to take any painkillers in the 3rd trimester... So the answer to your question is No

Baby will come when ready. You not going to turn on labor instantly but all that your doing can make it so your getting a little closer to being in active labor. If your cervix is long and your not dialated then it doesnt matter what you do, your body isnt ready.
