Hi, i am also underweight (46kg) and almost 19 weeks pregnant and even though i myself am underweight my baby is growing at the right rate. Ive been seeing a dietician for 2 years now and during my pregnancy who's suggested various ways of gaining weight such as eating nuts, extra few biscuits with a cuppa, cheese and crackers, milkshakes, full fat milk and generally always nibbling throughout the day between meals. I have gained weight throughout my pregnancy even though ive had terrible morning sickness, luckily it has passed but aslong as you eat even if you are then sick your bubs still getting what s/he needs.Good luck with your pregnancy.

Try and prepare a load of snacks in the morning and eat them throughout the day. If its already prepared ur more likely to eat it. Keep some snacks next yo u in the evening when watching tv. U may have a nibble without even thinking about it.x
