vicodin??

My doctor prescribed me vicodin for my migraines... has anyone else been prescribed vicodin while pregnant??

Aspirin is a no no while pregnant because it acts as a blood thinner.

See a chiropractor. Mine has taken me from 2-3 migraines a week to 2 a month that I can manage with nothing more than caffeine and Tylenol.
Also, regular chiropractic care will help your labor and delivery to be easier and less painful.

That's why you can not take it in your last trimester.

That's ok, the risk is getting you or your baby addicted taking it twice will not make either of you addicted, remember your doctor knows best she wouldn't do anything she thought would hurt you or your baby. Just let her know how often you take it and she will guide you.

@kwall5185 what did u have done at the dentist? I need a tooth extracted and my dentist wouldnt do it while im pregnant :/

If you are not in your last trimester excedrin migraine works amazing. Tramidol made me really sick.

Yes by my dentist but it was also I'm my list of OK things to take while pregnant by my obgyn

Yes my doctor prescribed me that as well for my migraines. As long as you don't take is daily multiple times a day you and your baby will be fine.
