Okay so I went to the doctors yesterday and when they weighed me and I was in shock. I did not like the number.. I'm 10 weeks and 3 days and shouldn't be reaching I high weight right now. What can I do to lose weight during pregnancy.. if it's even possible. I don't even want to look at myself right now..

I have gone through spurts so far. I will gain a lot in a month and then none the next. Im 36 weeks now and ive gained 27lbs, which they say 25-35lbs is what you want to shoot for. I weighed about what you weighed in the beginning. You really can't control it i haven't been eating much lately and im gaining more than i have throughout the pregnancy! Don't worry you will be able to get it off and there is no reason you can't get your body back afterwards. We all go through it love, but its all worth it in the end.

Ask your dr. what the magic numbers are. I eat a certain amount of calories, carbs, fat and protein daily. Pre pregnancy I ate 1320 cal. 110g protein 110g carbs 50g fat a day. Now I eat 1600 cal. This allows for a 20lb. weight gain during pregnancy. Yes, somedays I go over. Never go hungry. Nuts and banana are great fillers! Do squats and arm exercises...obviously, talk to your doctor before changing anything in your routine. Just my advice.... dont stress though. Most everyone gains weight. Even 80lbs isnt uncommon.

As far as food try multiple small meals a day. Fruits, veggies (which I hate),lots of water to keep you full, granola bars, ect
just watch your sugar and carbs and everything will be ok. Don't eat with loosing weight in mind, it's harder to loose weight while pregnant. The only thing you can do is be aware and be cautious.  Try to stay active. Don't worry we all feel like baby Wales inside.  Im trying to practice what I preach also

Swimming and walking are great ideas!! Don't worry about loosing weight right now. Just try to put some sort of exercise in there somewhere. Nothing too much tho! And I went through the stage where I was hungry all the time!!! And right now you are probably bloated as well. That will go down but it will replace itself with baby. Try not to stress during this time tho... I know sometimes that's easier said than done... and as far as not knowing what small meals to eat I was the same way... I ended up getting good crackers and cheese, strawberries, bananas, grapes, cheese sticks, baked chips, beagles and cream cheese .... I felt like I was eating all the time tho bc I was still eating lunch and dinner meals... (beagles for breakfast and lunch wasn't as large as dinner) but my doc told me what I was doing was just fine. I was so worried I would gain way too much bc in the beginning I did but a lot of it was water weight... I'm now 21 weeks and have gained 10 lbs and doc isn't worried at all. Sry this is long but I hope it helps you!

It's definitely not a good idea to try to lose weight during pregnancy - but you can keep active and drink plenty of water. I know how it feels to want to drop weight but now isn't the time and looking at the scales can be depressing! So it makes sense to try not to. When I'm weighed now I ask not to know the number and my doctor is happy with my gain so it really doesn't matter what the number is right now. Keep your chin up, it's okay to carry a little extra, we're creating people and that takes a lot of energy.

Don't worry about losing weight. The stress of thinking about it will most likely make you gain more. Be sure to take prenatal vitamins, drink plenty of water and do simple exercise such as walking or using an elliptical machine. Just stay positive and don't overdo it.

Don't worry about loosing weight, just don't gain much more, the more important thing is you and your baby are healthy, have healthy snacks near by you like vegetables.  maybe you haven't noticed, but anxiety have made you it a bit more carbs
