when. You cough
Do you have to hold you're stomach when you're pregnant? My grandma said I hAve to but sometimes she gets her stories messes up so I am asking all the ladies here that know about pregnancy more ?please let me know
Its just first reaction I think to hold ur belly
I always have to hold my belly when I cough or sneeze. If I don't, I end up hurting really bad. But that is something I have learned from experience
And okay I just wanted to make sure.
No you don't have to do anything like that. However as you get further along you may find that you do it automatically to reduce aching. You will also end up probably having to squeeze when you sneeze or cough so as not to pee yourself but that's later on too.
