I absolutely agree with AnnieBrooke. If you are nervous about speaking to an adult about it then find a friend that can talk to someone for you. How long ago did this happen?
Honey, can you talk to a trusted adult? You need help on more than one front. Medical help and police / legal help. Please talk to someone. Even if you are not pregnant, this is not something to be silent about.
