18 weeks & haven't felt twins move

I am 18 weeks 4 days pregnant with twins and haven't yet felt them move. It is my first pregnancy, and have heard that I may not feel them move until 20 weeks, but I am still worried. I have tried the cold water, oj, and sweets. Should I be worried???

Alli83, everyboby is different. i'm 22 weeks and I don't feel my twins that much. All I feel is the flutters every once in a while. i went to the doctor and she said i wont feel mine as much because the placenta is in the front. Talk to your doctor and see if that could be the case.

I'm 20 weeks pregnant with completely normal twins, and I can only feel one move occasionally (and then just barely).  Apparently the placenta belonging to the one I can't feel at all is on top, so it's acting like a buffer.  I wouldn't worry, but you could always ask your doctor to check the heartbeats if that would make you feel better.

No worries! I'm 20 weeks with twins and noticed these lil guys/girls kicking up a storm now,,,but just little questionable flutters around 18 weeks.

don't be worried. most women don't feel their babies till 22-24 weeks. with twins...we usually feel them around 20 weeks. i felt my guys at about 20 weeks, maybe a few days after.

i really felt them going right after eating.
