5 weeks pregnant and HUGE whats going on?

Hello everyone I just found out I am pregnant after 2 miscarriages in a row but now finally things are sticking. However, I am huge very bloated to the point I have to buy new pants and can't button jeans. I'm out of breath and feel like I am further along than I am but know I'm not due to having miscarriage the month before. Has anyone experience such bloating so early which resulted in twins? Besides that everything is ok no cramping or bleeding like the month before.

Update...hello just wanted to let you know that at 6 weeks my levels were 15000 and got ultrasound and saw only one little bean so I guess I'm just bloated from all the eating lol. I'm still really bloated but today I started taking progesterone pills the doctor prescribed and feeling a little better I'm not sure if the bloating was due to low progesterone so maybe my stomach will go down tomorrow.

I had a lot of bloating in the beginning with my twins, but mine was due to IVF treatments & my ovaries still being a little stimulated from egg retrieval.

have you already had your bloodtest to confirm and if so, what were your HCG levels?  Mine with twins at 6 weeks was 93,000. Also my Dr. does a confirming scan at about 6-7 weeks and that's how I found out I am pregnant with twins (same appt. I found out my levels, had I known before I would have had a suspicion!)  Good Luck!
